Project Manager​

Project manager’s role is to drive all products and business-planning process across cross-functional teams of the company, assess current competitor offerings, seeking opportunities for differentiation. Develop, implement, and maintain production timelines across multiple departments.

Responsibilities:

  • Drive the execution of all product lifecycle processes for products, including product research, market research, competitive analysis, planning, positioning, roadmap development, requirements development, and product launch.
  • Collaborate closely with engineering, production, marketing, QA, and release of products and balance of resources to ensure success for the entire organization.
  • Translate product strategy into detailed requirements for prototype construction and final product development.
  • Own web/mobile product features roadmaps from end to end.
  • Ensure success and growth of the product by developing a product vision, strategy, roadmap, and lifecycle management framework.
  • Manage ongoing maintenance and improvement of product features.

Junior Product Manager

Global Traffic Media is seeking a Junior Product Manager with a proven record of leading an agile team in a product owner role, writing requirements, prioritizing the backlog, experience with interpreting data analysis for product insight, and telecom experience as a plus.

Responsibilities:

  • Support Product Managers with writing business requirements and/or user stories and other activities related to development and testing efforts
  • Identify risks, dependencies, next steps and effectively communicate to Business stakeholders and various impacted teams
  • Using available data, identify areas of improvement, and proposes solutions
  • Understand business requirements and ensure the end product matches the business expectation
  • Conduct market research and data analysis to aide in Requirement Gathering stages
  • Work with cross-functional teams to ensure frictionless integration with developed services
  • Apply lessons learned to new projects to ensure continuous operational improvement in developing, implementing, and launching new products.
  • Support Software Development, IT, and Testing teams throughout the entire SDLC

Skills & Qualifications:

Affiliate Manager

You will be responsible for strategically growing and developing assigned affiliate accounts. This position entails providing online marketing solutions & assistance to assigned affiliates in order to achieve set-forth revenue goals and targeted objectives. The affiliate manager is in charge of recruitment, activation and maintenance of all affiliates.

Responsibilities:

  • Aggressively build, grow and own affiliate partnerships program
  •  Actively cultivate relationships with key publishers and develop a deep understanding of their business objectives
  • Proactively manage partner relationships, oversee performance standards, and drive preventive or corrective action where needed
  •  Lead operations of comprehensive reporting analysis to evaluate the performance of initiatives across partnerships and regularly present results

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and optimization strategies
  •  Ability to identify new opportunities in any interaction
  •  Enhanced analytical skills
  • Fluent English is required, other languages are a plus.
  • Experience with social media marketing – a great plus!
