Junior WordPress Developer & QA Lead

Global Traffic Media are on the hunt for a new QA Lead Specialist.

The ideal candidate will be responsible to constantly improve our brand’s websites, whilst maintaining our company’s visions and expectations. The lead role is hands on, highly interactive role in a fast paced, ever changing environment and requires a great attention to details. The role will seek and drive continuous improvement of all aspects of all of our brands and the sites that we work with. The ability to quickly assess risk, be meticulous whilst on the job and ensure that all of our sites, brands and promotions are visually perfect on every platform before it goes live.

Responsibilities

  • Preoperational inspection and maintenance of our brand’s websites.
  • Lead meetings and confidently highlight all technical faults and errors on our sites and platforms.
  • Perform quality audits, investigate internal incidents, and continuous improvement strategies with the Brand Manager.

    Skills/experience

    • Knowledge and excellence in WordPress and other similar programmes.
    • Assess data generated by QA and production teams to identify trends and develop plans to help drive improvement.
    • Lead team meeting with QA team and identify faults on all of our sites and platforms.
    • Perform other duties as assigned by the Brand Manager in a timely manner.

    Affiliate Manager

    Global Traffic Media is looking for a new Affiliate Manager to join its growing team. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in managing an affiliate programs either in house, or agency side. The Affiliate Manager will ensure the company achieves its digital sales targets across performance channels.

    Responsibilities

    • Handle and manage interactions with new and existing affiliates.
    • Actively search for new publishers, negotiate payouts and supervise daily account management/interactions, along with network promotion and internal offers.
    • Learn publishers’ objectives and have intimate knowledge of their goals, business model, products, and key business drivers, while working to maximizing these objectives.
    • Establish strong connections within the online marketing industry.
    • Build strong relationships and establish clear lines of communication.

    Skills/experience

    • An in-depth knowledge of the UK and international affiliates markets.
    • Effective sales and negotiation skills
    • Ability to work to tight deadlines
    • Fluent in English (an additional language would be a bonus)
